Labyrinth Pillows and Blankets are excellent tools for Play Therapy, Marriage & Family Therapy, School Counseling, and Social Work.

LABYRINTH PILLOWS

1) Show an individual how to trace a labyrinth. Remember, the pause and deep breath in the center are KEY! They help the mind transition from a puzzle solving accomplishment to being present in the moment.  
2) Encourage an individual to switch hands when they trace. This increases mindful focus.
3) Encourage an individual to hug the pillow when they have finished tracing. This reinforces mindfulness.

LABYRINTH BLANKETS

1) Spread the Labyrinth Blanket on the floor.
2) Encourage an individual to crawl on the blanket and trace the labyrinth. Remember the pause and the breath when reaching the center.
3) When an individual is finished tracing, wrap them up in the blanket to reinforce the mindfulness.
