Finger Labyrinth Activity Pages Pack 2: Focus Tools for Stress, Anxiety & Attention Management
Few things calm the mind like a labyrinth. Unlike puzzles and games which challenge the mind, labyrinths are single-path designs that help you focus and meditate.
Enter into the labyrinth from the opening on the edge and trace until you reach the center. Then pause to take a deep breath, and trace back out to the edge again.
Labyrinth tracing has shown results with stress relief, anxiety relief, and attention management. Labyrinths are excellent social-emotional tools for classrooms. They can help special needs students, and teach children how to regulate their behavior. Schools that have mindfulness programs, peace tables or 'calm corners' can use finger labyrinths to help students create ‘space’.
Finger Labyrinth Activity Pages Packs include 24 full-size Labyrinth pages (8.5" x 11"). The pages are FLAT, which increases the hand-to-eye coordination because you must closely watch what you are tracing. All pages are printed on 36/100lb gloss stock paper. Use them straight from the pack, or laminate them for extra durability.
The designs in this Pack include 4 copies of:
- The Native American Labyrinth
- The St. Lambertus Labyrinth
- The Abingdon Abbey Labyrinth
- The Ely Cathedral Labyrinth
- The 7-Circuit Seed Labyrinth
- The Poitiers Cathedral Labyrinth
Each Finger Labyrinth is a digital art design by Ravensdaughter, the mindfulness artist who created the Celtic Mandalynth.
