This all happened through happenstance.
I began showing my Celtic Art collection at renaissance fairs across the country. This is where I began to notice the calming effects of mindful tracing.
Next I started showing at professional conferences for therapists, counselors and educators. This is where I began to gain scientific support for my work.
Now I show at several different venues. It's important to keep in touch with the people who truly need mindfulness to help them create space and cope with the pressures of life.
It's all about focus.
